Our High-Cycling gates are engineered to minimize air leakage, spillage, and prevent material jams with a premium quality, non-plugging gate.  These gates are designed to be used in critical applications, where your plants successful operation depends on its reliability.  These gates are fully customizable in all facets.  Unlike many off-the-shelf gates that do not open when required or get stuck in the open position, our gates are designed with significant closing force and our proprietary design which ensures reliable closing, with minimal wear.

The displacement pocket of our T-Series high-cycling gates means they will always fully close even under a head of material, maintaining the seal and preventing material leakage.

Operating Parameters:

• Operate in temperatures up to 1500F/815C and up to 2 PSI/.14 BAR

U-Series

This is Plattco's low-profile slidegate valve. It is commonly used as a maintenance gate above a Plattco double flap airlock valve. It is meant for low cycling applications where headroom is limited.
