Plattco has proudly been supplying high-quality, custom castings since our origination in 1897. While custom castings was our primary core business over a century ago, today it still represents a significant portion of our sales each year. Our 120 years of metallurgical experience allows us to offer you a quality product at an exceptional value.
Our castings, like our flap valves and slide gates, still undergo all of our Quality Assurance checks and testing procedures to ensure all specifications are met.
On our campus, we have the ability to perform additional processes, including prototyping, reverse engineering, heat treating, machining, coating and assembly, making us a one-stop shop for your casting needs.
Plattco is an integrated manufacturer with our own engineering, pattern shop, foundry, and machine shop in Plattsburgh, NY. Our customers come to us for the custom casting of proprietary designs or obsolete repair parts that can no longer be purchased from the original equipment manufacturer.
